I went from a humiliating penis size that was well below the average for grown men at 5.5 inches long and not even a full 5 inches around to being comfortably above average -- average being about 6.5 inches long and 5 inches around. Step One: Warm up your penis! This is crucial. The exercises you are going to be performing on your penis involve stretching certain ligaments within your shaft and at the base of your penis, and just like any type of stretching exercise, it is much more effective when warmed up. You want your entire penis to be warm, plump, pliable, with lots of blood flowing. There are several ways you can warm up your penis. The way I always did it was to stand in the bath tub, turn the faucet on hot, wet a wash cloth, and wrap it around my penis for about five minutes. Usually once or twice during those 5 minutes, I would have to re-wet the wash cloth as it would begin to cool off. You want your penis to be radiating heat at the end of your 5 minute warm up. Don't burn the poor guy or anything, but get it nice and hot! There are a couple other ways you can do it, but I preferred the wash cloth. The other ways are to use a hot rice sock that you warm up in the microwave, or to use a heating pad. The heating pad is a lot easier because you can just lay in bed and cover your penis with it, but I found it didn't work as well for me and when I got done warming up, it wasn't as "plump" or "fat" as it was when I would use the wash cloth.
Step Two: Do your length exercises. I did these standing up as well, in the bathroom. I did a series of traction exercises that focused on extending the ligaments within my penile shaft on all sides from all directions. I also did stretching exercises that put traction on the base of my penis and even the part of my penile shaft that I cannot see because it is concealed by the fat pad above my pubic bone. The advantage of putting traction on even this "unseen" part of the penis is that when you lengthen it, you "coax" part of that length out of "hiding" and make it useable penis length! All in all, this portion of the workout should take about five minutes.
Step Three: Do your girth exercises. Immediately when I would finish my length exercises, I would sit down on the toilet with the lid down, apply Vaseline to my penis (which, at least for me, my length exercises would cause it to be about 40-50% erect) and with a partial erection, I would do my girth exercises. The purpose of girth exercises is to gently force blood into the shaft of your penis through "milking" and cause the chambers within your penile shaft which hold blood during erection to expand, which of course will result in a thicker, fatter erection that is more satisfying to women. This should also take about five minutes.
Step Four: "Cool down" -- by warming your penis again! Yes, it sounds contradictory, but after you finish your exercises, you need to repeat the exact process you did to warm up. This will increase blood flow to your penis, keep your ligaments warm, and start the healing and growth process.
Two days on, one day off is ideal for a manual penis enlargement routine. Hand exercises caused me to start seeing my first length and girth gains within two weeks, and all the size I gained was permanent!
