Ways To Make Yourself Last Longer In Bed - Natural Ways

Millions of men (and women on behalf of men) search online in order to find natural ways to last longer in bed. There is of course the easy option of simply getting the little blue pill but this does not solve the underlining issues.

In terms of issues specifically that cause this kind of dysfunction there are a variety of reasons and possibilities. The most common reasons can be separated into two distinct areas; medical and inexperience.

By inexperience we are not talking about numbers of previous partners, but techniques. You can train yourself to last longer in bed and learn how to prevent premature ejaculation.

In order to stop early ejaculation there has been a magnitude of different techniques employed from positions, to building up your PE muscles and probably the most difficult is breathing techniques. With just a few pointers you will be able to last longer in bed naturally and stop early ejaculation.

Breathing:

The breathing technique is simple in the idea but in practice may prove to be difficult. During intercourse both partners start to mimic each other's breathing patterns. Therefore when your partner is getting closer to orgasm and starts to breath rapidly, you will find (automatically and subconsciously) that you also start to breath much quicker. This causes the reaction of (in a way) tricking your min into thinking it is also at that stage, thus leading to premature ejaculation.

In order to stop this you need to consciously control your breathing throughout. Breath in through your nose, out through your mouth. Alternatively if you find this hard, just ensure you have slow and steady breathing at all times.

Position:

Two of the most intensive positions are male on top and female laying on her back and 'doggy style' avoid them. The easy is to have either her on top or to be sitting up right with her on top. This reduces the pressure on your pelvic region and stops you from early ejaculation.

Communication

It may sound like the worst idea to many men, but surprisingly enough generally it is the lack of communication about the issue that leads partners to split up over sexual issues.

By communicating o your partner about your issues and why you feel that you are prematurely ejaculating you may find the route cause. It may be simply that you felt like you needed to over perform due to something she recalled from a past relationship or simply due to the before mentioned infrequent sex life. Either way by talking about premature ejaculation you may cure and stop premature ejaculation by reducing the anxiety you felt possibly from a combination of previous performances and general anxiety.

Remember that premature ejaculation is not a rare occurrence with over 45% of males being affected at one time or another, many women have encountered it before and will invariably be willing to help you.

Between the counting method and communication you can beat premature ejaculation with time. There is no instant fix, just techniques and dedication stopping early ejaculation is a skill as much as it is natural.
